Airbnb Co-Hosting You Can Count On in Northern Ontario

You own the property. I run the Airbnb. One clear percentage, nothing hidden.

Nick Bonderoff at Host North provides Airbnb co-hosting and short-term rental management for property owners in Muskoka, North Bay, Sudbury, and across Northern Ontario.

I set up and optimize your listing, handle every guest message, coordinate professional cleaning with video-documented turnovers, and manage pricing so your cottage, home, or investment property earns what the market will support.

Owners hire me when they want Airbnb income without the daily workload, with fees from 5% to 20% of nightly revenue depending on how much of the operation I take on.

Airbnb Co-Hosting Services in Northern Ontario

Every property starts with a free assessment and an honest read on what it can earn. Here is what I handle and when you might need it.

Full-Service Co-Hosting

I run the entire guest-facing operation: listing, messages, bookings, cleaners, pricing, reviews, and damage claims. You keep ownership and full visibility.

Listing Setup and Optimization

Photos, descriptions, amenities, house rules, check-in instructions, and Airbnb's video verification, built so guests know exactly what they are booking.

Guest Communication and Screening

As primary host I answer every guest question before, during, and after the stay, and I screen bookings so the wrong guests never get the keys.

Cleaning and Turnover Management

Hotel-standard turnovers by trusted cleaners, paid from the guest cleaning fee, with before-and-after video of every single visit sent to you.

Preparing Your Property for Airbnb

Cleaners and trades who deep clean, stock, secure, and repair your property so it launches guest-ready and earns strong reviews from the start.

Vacation Coverage

Already running a strong listing? I advise, cover your vacations, and step in with guests when you need a break, from 5% of nightly revenue.

What Each Tier Includes

You pay a percentage of nightly revenue that matches how much I take off your plate. Every tier includes everything in the tiers before it and adds more, so the higher you go, the less you touch.

How Airbnb Co-Hosting Works

With co-hosting, you create the Airbnb listing under your own account and add me as a full-access co-host. I build, manage, and operate the listing while you stay connected to everything through the Airbnb platform. Once the listing is ready, I become the primary host, so guest questions, booking requests, and stay-related messages come directly to me instead of interrupting your day.

Airbnb keeps owners in the loop by design. Even with me managing guest communication, you can still see the listing, booking activity, pricing, messages, and reviews at any time. You are never handing over your property blindly. You stay informed while I handle the day-to-day work, and Airbnb's co-host payout tools split the cleaning fee and my percentage automatically, so there are no invoices to chase.

You can also keep using your own property. Property owners simply block off the dates they want, and the property earns revenue the rest of the year while being cleaned, monitored, and maintained instead of sitting empty.

When Do You Need an Airbnb Co-Host?

Owners around in Northern Ontario usually call me when the workload, the distance, or the results stop making sense. A co-host is worth a conversation if any of these sound familiar:

  • Guest messages run your evenings. Booking questions, check-in problems, and 11 p.m. Wi-Fi requests do not respect your work schedule.

  • You live far from the property. A property in North Ontario is hard to manage from Toronto, and impossible to manage from the airport.

  • Your listing underperforms. Wrong pricing, thin photos, and missing details quietly cost thousands per season in bookings you never see.

  • You are new to Airbnb. Setup, verification, pricing, and house rules are much easier with someone who has hosted over 1,000 stays.

  • Cleaning is unreliable. One bad turnover means a bad review, and reviews drive your ranking and your revenue.

  • You want your weekends back. The property was supposed to make life better, not become a second job.

If you only need help in one of these areas, start with the matching service page above. If you want the whole operation handled, full-service co-hosting covers all of it.
