Backup & Advisory Co-Hosting
You run your listing. I back you up, from 5% of nightly revenue.
Backup and advisory co-hosting from Host North supports Ontario owners who want to keep running their own established Airbnb but need experienced help behind them.
For 5% to 10% of nightly revenue, I provide ongoing guidance, cover guest communication during your vacations, or take over messaging entirely while you keep cleaning and resupply in your own hands. This is the right service for hosts whose listings already perform well and who like it that way.
What the 5% Advisory Level Involves
At 5%, I act as a co-host advisor while you remain primary host. You handle bookings, guest communication, and cleaning; I advise on pricing, listing changes, guest situations, and problem bookings whenever questions come up, and I step in to handle guest interaction while you are away or on vacation. I only offer this arrangement on listings that are already performing well, because an underperforming listing needs the deeper work of setup and optimization rather than advice from the sidelines.
What the 10% Communication Level Involves
At 10%, I co-host and handle all guest interaction through the app: inquiries, booking screening, check-in support, during-stay questions, and review management.
You continue to coordinate and pay your own cleaners, manage resupply, and look after the property. This level fits owners who are busy at work and cannot answer guests during the day, but who prefer doing the physical side themselves or working directly with a cleaner they trust.

How the Percentage Logic Works
Every Host North arrangement builds from the same simple logic: roughly 5% for guidance and backup, another 5% for all guest interaction, another 5% for coordinating and paying cleaners, and another 5% for resupplying consumables. Stack all four and you have the 20% fully hands-off service; stop earlier and you pay only for what I actually take off your plate. The full chart lives on the pricing page.
When Limited Support Fits, and When It Doesn't
Limited support fits an established listing with strong reviews, an owner who enjoys hosting, and a workload that only occasionally overflows. It does not fit a brand-new listing, a struggling one, or an owner who is already exhausted by guest messages; those situations call for full-service co-hosting, where I run the operation end to end. Plenty of owners also start light and hand over more later, which takes nothing more than a conversation, since the listing stays under your account either way.
