What Each Tier Includes You pay a percentage of nightly revenue that matches how much I take off your plate. Every tier includes everything in the tiers before it and adds more, so the higher you go, the less you touch. What the Guest Pays vs. What the Owner Pays Guests pay the nightly rate, a cleaning fee, applicable HST, Airbnb's guest service fee, and in some municipalities a short-term accommodation tax.
